Poste basé à : Paris, déplacements fréquents (tournage à partir de mi-juin principalement en Ile-de-France)

Description :
Rattaché (e) directement au Réalisateur - Producteur, vous êtes en charge des tâches administratives. Vous assurerez :

· La gestion de l’agenda, des mails, du courrier
· La saisie, la mise en page de tout document (courrier, dossier, 
fichier, rapport etc..) et le traitement du courrier électronique

• L’accueil téléphonique et la transmission des messages

• Le classement des documents, l’archivage, la diffusion interne ou externe
• Le traitement des opérations de comptabilité
générale (note de frais)

Compétences requises :
De formation minimum BAC+2 dans le domaine audiovisuel (cinéma, production, images, etc..), vous maitrisez le PACK OFFICE (surtout WORD et EXCEL). De bonnes connaissances en comptabilité serait un plus.
Vous êtes efficace, réactive et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel.
